Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully. To place an order for purchase, you are required to agree to them.
Once your order is submitted it is automatically routed to Printify for processing and cannot be edited. Therefore, please make sure your order (including shipping information) is accurate before submitting your order.* Thank you.
*Note: On orders of 20 or more shirts (or 20 or more posters), please email luminouscircles@proton.me to inquire about possible discounts and manual processing.
Fulfillment of orders: Products are printed on demand after you order them. Orders for shirts are routed by Printify to Monster Digital for production and shipping. Orders for posters are routed by Printify to Sensaria for production and shipping. This is why you see separate shipping costs for shirts and for posters if your order includes both (see “Shipping costs” below).
The average production time for shirts is 1.7 business days, with standard shipping taking 2-5 business days.* The average production time for posters is 2.0 business days with, standard shipping taking 6-10 business days.*
*Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7-12 business days.
Shipping costs: The costs for standard shipping of shirts are $4.75 for the first shirt, plus $2.40 for each additional shirt, plus any applicable state sales taxes and shipping taxes. The costs for standard shipping of posters are $7.09 for the first poster, plus $0.99 for each additional poster, plus any applicable state sales taxes and shipping taxes.
Misprinted/damaged/defective items: Please email luminouscircles@proton.me within 2 weeks of receiving the effected item, and be sure to include a clear photo showing the issue. If the issue involves multiple items using the same design, please include an additional clear photo of all effected items in one frame for confirmation. If you receive an item/s other than the one/s ordered and confirmed, please include this information in your email. I will then file a claim with Printify to obtain a replacement/s for you, and will provide further instructions. Printify should cover all charges associated with the return and/or replacement.
Lost packages: If your package is lost (tracking shows delivered but you’ve not received it), please double check the address under which you made the purchase to make sure it is 100% correct. If it is, then please contact your local post office or the courier used for shipping to make sure the package is not being held by them for you to pickup. If the address is 100% correct and the package is not being held for you to pickup, please email luminouscircles@proton.me, including your order number in the email, so I can make arrangements with Printify for a free replacement/s.
Items returned due to incorrect/incomplete address: If an order is returned to Printify, Monster Digital or Sensaria due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I am able to offer a partial refund or replacement at additional charge.
Wrong item, color or size bought/buyer’s remorse: I am unable to offer refunds or free replacements in this case.
